Change Your Life While You Sleep
Did you know your subconscious mind is a magnetic force that is always attracting what you tell it to? Every night when you go to bed you are programming your subconscious mind to attract what you ask for. If you want to change your life while you sleep, it’s easy, just pay attention to the thoughts and feelings you take to bed with you each night, focus on what you want and soon you will have it. Here’s how it works:
If you are feeling a little sick and think “Oh, I’m probably going to wake up with a sore throat and a fever and won’t be able to go to work” that is exactly what you are telling your subconscious that you want. If you go to bed thinking and feeling “I don’t know how I’m going to pay the bills if I lose my job” or “The world is in such a horrible state how can I be happy or at peace?” you are telling your subconscious to bring these things into your reality. In both cases you are not only giving your subconscious mind these directions, but also communicating your desire through the feeling that you create in your body.
Imagine your life is a ship with you the captain and your subconscious the crew. You give the orders, the subconscious carries them out and you set sail in the direction of your command. Every thought and feeling you have is an order for the crew to follow and because we are creatures of free will, neither our angels nor our subconscious can supersede what we ask for.
So before you go to bed at night take time to define what it is that you desire your subconscious to work on while you sleep. Create an image so clear that you can feel it - activate the emotion (energy in motion) within you. Fall asleep in this state of thought and emotion and this will be the course you command your subconscious to follow while you sleep. The clearer the vision of what you desire and the stronger the emotion that accompanies it, the faster your ship will arrive at the port of your desire.
This process may be used to achieve any goal. If your desire healing from a disease or injury, relief from depression or anxiety, the solution to a problem, freedom of addiction, a new job or greater abundance it is all the same. Make a mental picture of yourself living in the way that you desire to live, breathe into your body and feel how it feels to already be living in the state that you desire. Take these thoughts and feelings into your sleep and know your subconscious is doing the work it takes to magnetically attract this into your life. Be conscious of your thoughts during the day, canceling out those that are in opposition to your desire and thinking thoughts and feeling the emotion of already having what you desire as much as possible. I call this part living an alternate reality and have used it very successfully for years to draw to me what I have desired.
Take advantage of this wonderful opportunity every night, aligning your thought and feeling to what you desire and falling asleep in this desired state until your goal is achieved, as it is sure to be.
